Recommendation for New Arrivals
若為首次來台灣，或中文能力尚未具備基本溝通能力，建議第一學季優先選擇校內住宿，以利適應環境後再自行安排校外租屋。
If this is your first time in Taiwan, or if your Chinese proficiency is not yet sufficient for daily communication, it is recommended to stay in on-campus housing during your first term, and arrange off-campus housing afterward.

台灣租屋市場以中文為主，其他語言（如日文、泰文、越南文、印尼文）之租屋平台較少。建議可透過以下方式取得資訊：
The rental market in Taiwan is primarily Chinese-based. Platforms in other languages (such as Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, or Indonesian) are limited. Consider the following approaches:
- 使用英文或中文關鍵字搜尋 Search in English or Mandarin
- 加入使用母語的在台社群（如 Facebook）Join the Facebook Groups that use your home language, for example:
- Thai in Taiwan / คนไทยในไต้หวัน
- Vietnamese in Taiwan / Người Việt tại Đài Loan
