華語組簡介 Introduction
國立高雄餐旅大學是臺灣飯店業精英培養的搖籃之一。該校擁有專業的師資隊伍、專業課程、完善的設施和人文藝術的校園文化。國立高雄餐旅大學由餐旅學院、觀光學院、廚藝學院和國際學院組成。學制分別有碩博士及學士學位包含3個全英學程。為了擴展學生的國際視野和提高競爭力,本校用“三明治式”的教學方法,即為大學部三年級學生有一年的國內或海外實習機會,讓學生獲得真實的工作經驗。
為配合國際學生的學習需求,以及政府新南向政策,民國106年2月於語文中心增設華語組,負責境外學位生華語課程;民國111年2月起,為呼應政府雙語國家政策精神,華語組開始逐步推動境外招生業務。語文中心華語組的最終目標,是提升本校境外生的華語文能力,豐富學生的國際觀,增加職場競爭力,成為全球觀光餐旅產業的國際移動力人才。
National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (NKUHT) is unique in its fostering elites for hospitality in Taiwan, R.O.C. It has professional faculty, practical programs, advanced facilities, and a human artistic campus culture. NKUHT is composed of the School of Hospitality, School of Tourism, School of Culinary Arts, and International College. The three schools and international college consist graduates, bachelors and 3 international programs. For the purpose of expanding students’ worldview and increasing their competitiveness, NKUHT has “sandwich-style” instructions which refer to a one-year internship in local and overseas institutions, which provides junior students a real-life work experience.
In order to meet the learning needs of international students and comply with the government's New Southbound Policy, NKUHT added the Chinese Curriculum to its Language Center in February 2017 to take charge of Mandarin language courses for international students. From February 2022 onwards, the Chinese Curriculum will begin gradually promoting overseas enrollment in response to the spirit of the government's bilingual national policy. The ultimate goal of the NKUHT Language Center's Chinese Curriculum is to enhance the Chinese language skills of our international students, enrich their international perspective, increase their competitiveness in the workplace, and help them become international mobile workforces for the global tourism and hospitality industry.
