111-1台灣飲食文化 Taiwan food culture

台灣飲食文化活動是藉由「美食」這個共通話題,打開文化間交流的管道,並以台灣小吃為主軸,介紹台灣人主要主食及常見小吃,分享高雄特色美食,邀請學生分享在台灣喜歡吃的或是口味的衝突,共同製作美食地圖。因為部分學生皆以品嚐過台灣菜餚,因此對於活動內容的部分美食都很有心得,老師也鼓勵學生可以提出來跟大家分享,因文化衝擊而使境外生激盪出與台灣人不一樣得口味感受。本次活動老師採用小組競賽方式,鼓勵學生說出自己對於台灣美食的心得,由於境外生來自不同國家,因此有各式不同飲食文化,同一款菜餚可能帶來各種不同的味覺及價值觀感受,若是疫情趨緩,或許可以辦理更多實作課程,在過程中也請學生全程使用華語交流。

Taiwan's food culture activities are to open the channel of intercultural exchanges through the common topic of food, and take Taiwanese snacks as the main axis, introduce the main staple foods and common snacks of Taiwanese people, share Kaohsiung's special cuisine, invite students to share what they like to eat in Taiwan or the conflict of tastes, and jointly make a food map. Because some of the students have tasted Taiwanese cuisine, they have a lot of experience in some of the food content of the activity, and the teacher also encourages the students to bring it up and share it with everyone, so that overseas students can taste different from Taiwanese because of the cultural shock. Because overseas students come from different countries, there are a variety of different food cultures, and the same dish may bring a variety of different tastes and values.
