中文面試實務技巧工作坊是為了協助境外生面對未來將來到的實習及就業面試，邀請飯店業經理，為學生講解其面試技巧及注意事項。將視野擴展至實習面試及畢業後的就業，希望能輔導外籍生中文面試的技巧，幫助學生面對職場可能遇到的問題，提早為將來做好準備，探討未來就業方向。本學期辦理的活動是請講師於講台上說明面試的實務技巧，大多數同學皆非常認真聽講，未來建議可以邀請各大業者先聽取學生面試，並於後半堂課程針對學生的反應及回答提出建議。

The Chinese Interview Practical Skills Workshop is designed to help overseas students face future internship and employment interviews, and invites hotel managers to explain their interview skills and precautions to students. Expanding our vision to internship interviews and employment after graduation, we hope to provide guidance on foreign students' Chinese interview skills, help students face problems that may be encountered in the workplace, prepare for the future in advance, and explore future employment directions. In the future, it is recommended to invite major industry players to listen to the students' interviews first, and then make suggestions for the students' reactions and answers in the second half of the class.
