本次活動因為有融入實作,學生能更投入課程,並更專注聽解老師說明的內容,並應用餐飲的元素,教學口布環之應用及部分餐桌裝飾。據學生之回饋,發現大部分學生較喜歡此類手作型之課程,更能了解且體驗,未來可多辦理類似課程。
Due to the inclusion of hands-on activities in this session, students were able to engage more actively in the course and focus better on listening to the teacher's explanations. They applied elements of catering, such as the use of tablecloths and some table decorations. According to student feedback, it was found that most students prefer this type of hands-on course as it allows them to better understand and experience the content. In the future, similar courses could be organized more frequently.
