活動中除了節日介紹，讓學生了解台灣傳統習俗及飲食文化，更由老師帶入小組競賽的方式，激起學生好勝心，並增加發言機會。有別傳統教學方式，本次活動更由老師帶領學生分組進行活動，增加學生主動回應的機會，並有小禮物做為獎勵，未來可以參考此方式教學。
