本次活動突破傳統教室教學，將學生引領至校外實地參訪，深度體驗臺灣傳統餐旅文化。由於此次活動主要為理論講解，學生容易受到戶外環境吸引而分心。建議未來活動結合實務練習，提升學生投入度。

This event broke away from traditional classroom teaching by leading students to off-campus field trips to experience Taiwanese traditional culinary and hospitality culture more deeply. However, since this event mainly involved theoretical explanations, students were easily distracted by the outdoor environment. It is suggested that future activities integrate practical exercises to enhance student engagement.
