透過實際操作培養學生實務技能,試錯的歷程提升能力,使其在職場初嚐實戰經驗。本次活動僅涉及口布及堅果分配,考量學生已具基本技能,未來建議增加實際演練侍酒過程,提高難度。

Through hands-on practice, students can cultivate practical skills, and the process of trial and error can enhance their abilities, allowing them to gain initial real-world experience in the workplace. This activity only involved tablecloth placement and nut distribution, considering that students already have basic skills. In the future, it is recommended to increase the difficulty by adding practical exercises on wine service processes.
