藉由此活動深入了解波爾多葡萄酒,使學生對葡萄酒在餐桌上的重要性有更深刻的認識。以系列式的課程授課,由淺至深的詳細介紹酒品,但可符合時間參加者較少,未來可以考慮單場辦理。

This activity deepened students' understanding of Bordeaux wine, enabling them to have a more profound appreciation of the importance of wine on the dining table. While the course was taught in a series format, providing detailed introductions to wines from shallow to deep, the number of participants may have been limited due to time constraints. In the future, it may be beneficial to consider conducting single-session events to accommodate more participants.
