報名流程與注意事項

Application Procedures & Important Notes

 

Step.1  線上報名 Online Application 

1. 填表前,請準備相關文件。 Prepare the required documents before filling out the form. 

2. 所有文件僅接受 .pdf 或. jpg檔。Only PDF or jpg files.

3. 文件請提供英文版或中文版。The documents should be in English or Chinese. 

  • 護照資料頁電子檔 Passport copy, the information page
  • 美金2,500元以上之財力證明 Financial Statment with USD 2,500 or above. 
    • 帳戶須屬於申請人本人。The account must be in the applicant's own name.
    • 若是父母親人支持(非申請人本人戶頭),須再提供支持者之證明信及其護照資料。If the support comes from parents or relatives (rather than the applicant's own account), proof of support from the sponsor and their passport information must also be provided.
    • 獎學金核可證明能作為財力證明。The proof of the scholarship reward can be a qualified financial statement          
  • 學歷證明 (最高學歷畢業證書、在學證明、成績單) Academic Record (degree, diploma, proof of enrollment, transcript...etc.)
  • 2吋大頭照一張 ( 6個月內) 2-inch head-shot photo taken within 6 months.

Step.2  資料審查 Review 

資料審查將需3-5個作業天,在此先感謝您的耐心等侯。請注意,申請人必須對於所提供的文件真實性負責;若有缺件或不合格之文件,審查時間可能延長。

本組不予解釋審查結果之理由。

Data review will take 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time. Please note that applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the documents provided; any incomplete or unqualified documents may prolong the review process.

We do not provide explanations for the review results.

 

Step.3 註冊確認書   Letter of Registration Confirmation

審查合格者發送「註冊確認書」。學生可憑此作為獎學金申請之依據。

視情形,可能請申請者先完成分級測驗,確定有合適程度班級。

Qualified applicants will receive a 'Letter of Registration Confirmation.' Students can use this as the basis for scholarship applications.

Depending on the situation, applicants may be asked to complete a placement test first to ensure suitability for the appropriate level class.

 

Step.4 第一次繳費 Tuition Payment (deposit) 

確定報到後,請繳交學費10%作為訂金。完成後方發送入學通知書。(繳費及退費規定請見這裡) 

After confirming enrollment, please submit 10% of the tuition fee as a deposit. Upon completion, we will issue the Admission Letter.

Step.5 入學通知及申請簽證 Admission Letter & Visa Application

入學通知書以寄送電子檔為原則,請提前向您所在區域所屬之台灣外交部或經濟文化辦事處洽詢,若需要紙本正本原件,請來信告知。

拿到入學通知後, 請盡快完成簽證申請。取得簽證後,請提供簽證電子檔給本組。

請注意簽證許可權在於台灣外交部,核發入學通知書不保證能獲得簽證。

The Admission Letter is primarily sent in electronic format. Please inquire in advance with the Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Taiwan Economic and Cultural Office in your region if they require a physical original copy. NKUHT will send the hard copy if requested. 

Upon receiving the Admission Letter, please promptly proceed with your visa application. Once you obtain the visa, provide us with an electronic copy.

Please note that visa approval is at the discretion of the Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and issuance of the admission letter does not guarantee visa approval.

 

Step.6 行前通知及入學準備 Pre-departure Notice and Preparation

本組同仁會與您連繫並提供行前通知及注意事項。這時也會請您提供機票時間。

提醒您,因為簽證效期固定,建議不要提早太久入台,以免無法於停留期限內完成課程。

Our team will contact you to provide pre-departure notifications and important reminders. At that time, we will also ask for your flight details.

Please note that due to the fixed validity period of the visa, we recommend not arriving in Taiwan too early to ensure completion of the course within the allowed stay duration.

 

Step.7 報到、註冊、上課 Arrival to NKUHT, Registration, and Course starts

請在指定報到日報到。無法於報到日抵達者, 最慢應於開課當天報到,否則無法加入課程,請延至下一期。 

註冊時應繳交學費餘款及其他應繳款項。(繳費及退費規定請見這裡) 

Please arrive at NKUHT on the fixed registration date. 

Students who are unable to arrive on the registration day must report no later than the first day of class; otherwise, they will not be able to join the course and should defer to the next term.
